Job Description Overview: Hotel Staff- All-rounder

Represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest's stay. Also as an all-rounder, you will have additional responsibilities including reservation handling, housekeeping, breakfast serving, sales / marketing and other related tasks.

Responsibilities:
*Day to day front office operations such as checking in, checking out, telephone handling and reservation taking
*Additional responsibility in housekeeping, breakfast serving and sales & marketing
*Guest relation tasks such as answering questions from the guests, arranging tours and making restaurant reservations
*Planning promotions online/offline
*Participate in market research as required
*Attending weekly meetings among team members
Working Hours 8 hours a day by shift. Must be able to work at night, weekends and holidays.
Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in any relevant field
*Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence external / internal stakeholders
*Excellent command of Japanese and English. Additional language is a plus
*Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
*Ability to work as a Team player with a Professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic
*Success in customer relationships
*Adapts well to and is energized by change
*Is creative and Innovative
English Level Fluent (TOEIC score 600 or above). Reading, writing and speaking
Japanese Level Fluent (JLPT Level 1 or N1) Reading, writing and speaking
Visa 1 year Visa to be supported by company
Actual fee to the embassy, consulate and travel cost to the work location shall be paid by the applicant
Salary Determined by experience and selection process
